本实用新型涉及一种耐高温导线,包括内导体、内绝缘层、外绝缘层、有机硅漆,内导体外依次绕包一层内绝缘层、编织一层外绝缘层,在外绝缘层外涂覆一层有机硅胶。本实用新型的有益效果是:耐高温、耐低温、外径小、重量轻,比普通氟塑料安装线的重量要减小40%左右;阻燃性好;由于采用了绕包和编织的结构,所以电缆比较柔软。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种耐高温导线。
背景技术
随着航空、航天和电子工业及国防工程及冶金行业的飞速发展,对信号传输用的电缆提出更高的耐高温要求。一般的耐高温导线采用聚全氟乙丙稀、聚四氟乙烯烯等氟材料做为绝缘材料,最高耐温为250℃,不能满足用户更高的耐温要求。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种耐高温导线。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种耐高温导线,其特征在于:包括内导体、内绝缘层、外绝缘层、有机硅漆,所述内导体外依次绕包一层内绝缘层、编织一层外绝缘层,在外绝缘层外涂覆一层有机硅胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、耐高温:由于内绝缘采用了金云母绕包,外绝缘采用了玻璃丝编织层,此两种材料的耐温均可达到500℃。2、耐低温:此两种绕包绝缘材料的长时间工作温度可达绝对零度。3、外径小、重量轻:由于金云母和玻璃丝的密度比氟塑料要小,所以比普通氟塑料安装线的重量要减小40%左右 。4、阻燃性好:由于两层绝缘层都采用无机材料,所以电缆具有很高的防火性能。5、柔软:由于采用了绕包和编织的结构,所以电缆比较柔软。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,耐高温导线,包括内导体1、内绝缘层2、外绝缘层3、有机硅漆4,内导体1外依次绕包一层内绝缘层2、编织一层外绝缘层3,在外绝缘层3外涂覆一层有机硅胶4。内绝缘层2为金云母复合带,内绝缘层2的带子厚度为0.03mm,外绝缘层3为玻璃丝编织层。
本实用新型可以通过以下工艺过程制造得到:用电线电缆绞线机或束线机绞合多股镀镍单丝作为内导体1,在内导体1外用电缆绕包机绕包绝缘层2,在绝缘层2外用编织机编织一层玻璃丝编织层3,在编织层3外涂有机硅漆4再用烧结炉进行烧结固化。

1.一种耐高温导线,其特征在于:包括内导体(1)、内绝缘层(2)、外绝缘层(3)、有机硅漆(4),所述内导体(1)外依次绕包一层内绝缘层(2)、编织一层外绝缘层(3),在外绝缘层(3)外涂覆一层有机硅胶(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温导线,其特征在于:所述内绝缘层(2)为金云母复合带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温导线,其特征在于:所述外绝缘层(3)为玻璃丝编织层。
