背景技术:
目前通常使用的中压耐火电缆均为固定敷设,不能用在移动场合。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可移动中压耐火电力电缆,通过改变中压耐火电缆的导体结构及绝缘材料使得电缆具备可移动功能。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种可移动中压耐火电力电缆,电缆缆芯由三根动力绝缘线芯绞合成缆,缆芯间隙填充无机阻燃耐火玻纤绳,缆芯外依次绕包耐火云母带、玻纤带,挤包有外护套,所述外护套采用阻燃硅橡胶外护套。
所述绝缘动力线芯的导体由五类镀锡铜导体绞合而成,导体线束外依次设有半导电屏蔽层,硅橡胶绝缘层,绝缘半导电带屏蔽层及镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
动力绝缘线芯导体采用五类镀锡铜导体绞合而成,导体柔软易于弯曲移动,动力线芯绝缘层采用硅橡胶绝缘,硅橡胶材料具有优良的电气性能,且在燃烧后生产的二氧化硅仍为绝缘体,这对耐火电缆来说十分有利。缆芯芯间隙填充无机阻燃玻纤绳、缆芯外绕耐火云母带和无碱玻璃纤维带,所述材料均为耐火材料,目的提高电缆的耐火性能,外护套采用阻燃硅橡胶材料,对电缆起到保护作用和隔热隔氧作用。本实用新型结构设计,结构简单,性能稳定,可以满足耐火电缆的性能要求,且电缆柔软易于敷设。

具体设置中,绝缘动力线芯的导体由五类镀锡铜导体5绞合,导体线束外依次设有半导电屏蔽层6,硅橡胶绝缘层7,绝缘半导电带屏蔽层8和镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层9,动力线芯导体屏蔽层、绝缘层及绝缘非金属屏蔽层采用三层一次共挤出,这样的目的可以有效提高电缆的电气性能。

1.一种可移动中压耐火电力电缆,其特征在于,电缆缆芯由三根动力绝缘线芯绞合成缆,缆芯间隙填充无机阻燃耐火玻纤绳(1),缆芯外依次绕包耐火云母带(2)、玻纤带(3),挤包有外护套(4),所述外护套采用阻燃硅橡胶外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动中压耐火电力电缆,其特征在于,所述动力绝缘线芯的导体由五类镀锡铜导体(5)绞合而成,导体线束外依次设有半导电屏蔽层(6),硅橡胶绝缘层(7),绝缘半导电带屏蔽层(8)及镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层(9)。
