Abstract

Un método para producir un sistema (1) de dentado de engranaje en un componente (2) de una conexión (3) de vástago/cubo; en donde el componente (2) tiene un primer eje (4) de rotación y un sistema (1) de dentado de engranaje; en donde el sistema (1) de dentado de engranaje comprende una pluralidad de dientes (5), las cuales se disponen después unos con otros a lo largo de una dirección (6) de la circunferencia, en donde en cada caso se dispone un intersticio (7) de diente entre dos dientes (5) y en cada caso, cada diente (5) tiene una región (8) de cabeza y una región (10) de flanco; en cada caso se dispone entre la región (8) de cabeza y la región (9) de pedal dispuesta en el intersticio (7) del diente; en donde el intersticio del diente tiene una anchura (11, 12) de espacio de diente en la región del flanco; en donde el sistema de dentado de engranaje tiene al menos una primera región (14) y posteriormente una segunda región (15) a lo largo de una dirección (13) axial paralela al primer eje (4) de rotación; en donde la primera región tiene una primera anchura (11) de espacio de diente y la segunda región tiene una segunda anchura (12) de espacio de diente que es menos en comparación.
