Abstract
La presente invención tiene como objeto proveer un miembro de acero y una lámina de acero que tienen una alta resistencia a la tracción y tenacidad y una excelente resistencia a la fragilización por hidrógeno en un entorno corrosivo y métodos para fabricar los mismos. El miembro de acero de la presente invención tiene constituyentes químicos predeterminados y tiene un valor máximo de contenido de Cu en un intervalo desde la superficie hasta una profundidad de 0 a 30 µm de 1.4 veces el contenido de Cu a una profundidad de 200 µm.
