Abstract
Se proporciona una chapa de acero galvanofusionado que tiene excelente capacidad de chapado, capacidad de conformación en términos de capacidad de flexión y capacidad de expansión de orificios, y una excelente mayor resistencia a las fracturas, teniendo la chapa de acero una resistencia a la tracción de 1180 MPa o mayor y un límite de elasticidad YR de 73,0% o superior. La chapa de acero galvanofusionado de alta resistencia de la invención tiene una capa galvanofusionada sobre una superficie de una chapa de acero base y contiene los componentes predeterminados del acero. La chapa de acero tiene secuencialmente, desde la interfaz de la chapa de acero base y la capa galvanofusionada, hacia la chapa de acero de base: una capa interna de óxido presente en la interfaz de la chapa de acero base y la capa galvanofusionada, y que contiene al menos un óxido seleccionado del grupo que consiste de Si y Mn; una capa blanda incluyendo la capa interna de óxido, y la satisfacción de una dureza Vickers del 90% o menos de una dureza Vickers en una porción t/4 de la chapa de acero base, cuando t es un espesor de chapa de la chapa de acero base; y una capa dura formada por una estructura compuesta principalmente de martensita. La profundidad D media de la capa blanda es de 20 µm o más, y la profundidad d media de la capa interna de óxido es de 4 µm o mayor y menor que D. Un coeficiente de variación de KAM de la chapa de acero de base en la porción t/4 es de 0,66 o menos.
