Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero galvanizado por inmersión en caliente y una lámina de acero recocida galvanizada en caliente que tiene al menos 980 MPa y que tiene excelente capacidad de chapado; formabilidad en términos de flexibilidad y equilibrio entre resistencia y ductilidad; y resistencia retardada a la fractura. La lámina de acero chapada de alta resistencia de la presente invención tiene una capa chapada sobre la superficie de una lámina de acero base y contiene componentes de acero predeterminados. La lámina de acero incluye, en orden desde la interfaz de la lámina de acero base y la capa chapada hacia la lámina de acero base: una capa blanda que tiene una dureza Vickers que es 90% o menos de la dureza Vickers en una porción t/4 de la lámina de acero base, donde t es un espesor de lámina de la lámina de acero base; y una capa dura que contiene martensita y bainita, y ferrita en intervalos predeterminados. La profundidad promedio D de la capa blanda es de 20 µm o mayor, y la profundidad promedio d de una capa interna de óxido es de 4 µm o mayor y menor que D.
