Abstract

La presente invención proporciona: una lámina de acero chapada para formación en prensa caliente que tiene excelentes propiedades al impacto después de la formación en prensa caliente; un miembro formado en prensa caliente manufacturado utilizando la lámina de acero chapada para formación en prensa caliente; y métodos de manufactura de los mismos. La lámina de acero chapada comprende: una lámina de acero de base que contiene, en peso, 0.15-0.4% de C, 0.1-1% de Si, 0.6-8% de Mn, 0.001-0.05% de P, 0.0001-0.02% de S, 0.01-0.1% de Al, 0.001-0.02% de N y 0.01-0.5% de Cr, con el resto que comprende Fe e impurezas diversas; y una capa de chapado formada en la superficie de la lámina de acero de base y compuesta de zinc, aluminio o una aleación que contiene zinc y aluminio, en donde la relación (C S/C B) del contenido (C S) de C en una capa de superficie al contenido (C B) de C en la lámina de acero de base es 0.6 o menos, y la relación ((Mn S+Cr S)/(Mn B+Cr B)) del contenido total (Mn S+Cr S) de Mn y Cr en la capa de superficie al contenido total (Mn B+Cr B) de Mn y Cr en la lámina de acero de base es 0.8 o más.
