Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero recubierta laminada en caliente de alta resistencia que tiene una TS de 980 MPa o más, excelente formabilidad de protuberancia y formabilidad de reborde de extensión, y excelente capacidad de recubrimiento. La lámina de acero recubierta laminada en caliente de alta resistencia incluye una lámina de acero que tiene una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.03% a 0.09%, Si: 0.01% a 1.60%, Mn: 2.20% a 3.60%, P: 0.100% o menos, S: 0.0100% o menos, Ti: 0.05% a 0.18%, B: 0.0005% a 0.0050%, Al: 0.005% a 0.40%, N: 0.010% o menos, y un resto de Fe e impurezas inevitables, en donde un valor de CSM expresado por la ecuación 33.8 [% C] [% Mn] + 12.4 [% Si]/[% Mn] es de 3.3 a 12.0, y una microestructura de acero que contiene bainita en una cantidad del 85% o más en términos de fracción de área y martensita en una cantidad de 2.0% o más y 15.0% o menos en términos de fracción de área e incluye una capa de recubrimiento o una capa de recubrimiento aleada sobre una superficie de la lámina de acero.
