Abstract

Un dispositivo (1) es provisto con una primera matriz (2), una segunda matriz (3) y una máquina de prensado (4). La segunda matriz (3) es provista con un orificio de procesamiento de plástico (3a) en donde se dispone un metal de núcleo (3t) en una línea central del orificio (C1). En la superficie periférica interna del orificio de procesamiento de plástico (3a), se proveen tres porciones salientes (3b) a intervalos regulares en dirección circunferencial de la línea central del orificio (C1). Al acercarse las primeras y segundas matrices entre sí, el metal de núcleo (3f) se inserta a un orificio de guía (10a) de una punta de contacto (10) y las porciones salientes (3b) deforman plásticamente el lado extremo de cabeza de la punta de contacto (10) al presionarla hasta que esté en contacto con el metal de núcleo (3f).
