Abstract
Se proporciona un acero para nitrocarburar que asegura la capacidad de trabajo mecánico antes del tratamiento de nitrocarburación. Un acero para nitrocarburar comprende: una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: = 0.02% y < 0.15%, Si: = 0.30%, Mn: 1.5-2.5% , P: = 0.025%, S: = 0.06% , Cr: 0.5-2.0%, Mo: 0.005-0.2% , V: 0.02-5 0.20% , Nb: 0.003-0.20% , Al: > 0.020% y = 1.0% , Ti: > 0.0050% y = 0.015% , N: = 0.0200% , Sb: 0.0030-0.010%, y el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, que satisface la Expresión (1) o (2); y una microestructura de acero donde una relación de área de la fase de bainita es > 50% , un tamaño previo del grano de austenita es = 100 µm, = 300/µm2 precipitados de Ti y con una tamaño de partícula circular equivalente de = 30 nm dispersos, el Sb segrega a los limites previos del grano de austenita.
