Abstract
Se describe una celda de flotación (1) para tratar partículas suspendidas en suspensión y para separar la suspensión en una corriente de fondos (400) y en un desbordamiento (500). La celda de flotación comprende un tanque de flotación (10) con un centro (11), un perímetro (12), un fondo (13) de nivel sustancialmente horizontal, y una pared lateral (14); una artesa (2) y un borde de artesa (21) que rodea el perímetro (12) del tanque (10); y una estructura inferior (7) dispuesta en el fondo (13) y que tiene una forma que permite que partículas suspendidas en suspensión sean mezcladas en una zona de mezclado (A) sobre la estructura inferior, y que se asienten en una zona de sedimentación (B) que rodea la estructura inferior. El tanque de flotación comprende además tubos de chorro (4) para introducir carga de alimentación de suspensión (100) en el tanque. También se describe una línea de flotación.
