Abstract

UNA CELDA DE FLOTACIÓN SE DESCRIBE PARA TRATAR PARTÍCULAS SUSPENDIDAS EN LA PULPA Y PARA SEPARAR LA PULPA EN U SUBDESBORDAMIENTO Y UN DESBORDAMIENTO. LA CELDA DE FLOTACIÓN COMPRENDE UN TANQUE DE FLOTACIÓN CON UN CENTRO, UN PERÍMETRO, UN NIVEL INFERIOR SUSTANCIALMENTE HORIZONTAL Y UNA PARED LATERAL; UNA CANALETA Y UN BORDE DE CANALETA CIRCUNDANDO EL PERÍMETRO DEL TANQUE; Y UNA ESTRUCTURA INFERIOR DISPUESTA EN LA PARTE INFERIOR Y QUE TIENE UNA FORMA QUE PERMITE QUE LAS PARTÍCULAS SUSPENDIDAS EN LA PULPA SE MEZCLEN EN UNA ZONA DE MEZCLADO SOBRE LA ESTRUCTURA INFERIOR Y SE SEDIMENTEN EN UNA ZONA DE SEDIMENTACIÓN QUE CIRCUNDA A LA ESTRUCTURA INFERIOR.
