Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición para refrigerar un sistema de propulsión de un vehículo eléctrico o híbrido, que comprende (i) al menos un fluido a base de hidrocarburos con un punto de ebullición mayor o igual a 50 ºC, y (ii) al menos un retardante del fuego correspondiente a la fórmula (I) RF-L-RH (I) en la cual RF es un grupo perfluorado o parcialmente fluorado, RH es un grupo a base de hidrocarburos y L es un enlazador. La invención también se refiere al uso de al menos un retardante del fuego de la fórmula (I), en una composición para refrigerar un sistema de propulsión de un vehículo eléctrico o híbrido, y más particularmente su electrónica de potencia y sus baterías, para proporcionarle propiedades de resistencia a la ignición, tal composición refrigerante comprende al menos un fluido a base de hidrocarburos con un punto de ebullición mayor o igual a 50 ºC. Finalmente, la invención se refiere a un proceso para refrigerar y proteger contra incendios al menos una batería de un sistema de propulsión de un vehículo eléctrico o híbrido, que comprende al menos un paso de poner al menos una batería en contacto con una composición de acuerdo con la invención.
