Abstract
Lo que se provee es un dispositivo de eliminación de escoria novedoso y mejorado capaz de recoger de manera más eficiente la escoria de la superficie del baño usando un robot de escoria y un método de eliminación de escoria. Para resolver el problema, de conformidad con un aspecto de la presente invención, se provee un dispositivo de eliminación de escoria que incluye: un robot de escoria que está configurado para recoger la escoria de la superficie del baño presente en la superficie del baño de un baño de recubrimiento; un sensor de escoria que está configurado para medir la intensidad de la luz infrarroja de la superficie del baño del baño de recubrimiento; un dispositivo de control del sensor de escoria que está configurado para especificar una posición de la escoria de la superficie del baño de acuerdo con una cantidad de cambio temporal en la intensidad de la luz infrarroja; y un dispositivo de control del robot de escoria que está configurado para hacer que el robot de escoria recoja la escoria de la superficie del baño en la posición especificada por el dispositivo de control del sensor de escoria.
