Abstract

Se describen métodos y aparato para usar los datos de vibración para determinar una condición de un dispositivo de control de procesos. Un método ejemplar incluye recolectar los primeros datos de vibración de un primer detector acoplado operativamente con un dispositivo de control de procesos durante una calibración. El método ejemplar incluye además calcular el umbral de operación del dispositivo de control de procesos con base en los primeros datos de vibración, y determinar una condición del dispositivo de control de procesos si los segundos datos de vibración asociados con el dispositivo de control de procesos, después de la calibración, exceden el umbral de operación.
