Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir papel seco multicapa que comprende los pasos (A) deshidratar una primera suspensión fibrosa acuosa, creando así una primera banda fibrosa que tiene un contenido seco entre 14% en peso y 25% en peso, (B) deshidratar una segunda suspensión fibrosa acuosa, creando así una segunda banda fibrosa que tiene un contenido seco entre 14% en peso y 25% en peso, (C) asperjar la primera banda fibrosa, la segunda banda fibrosa o la primera banda fibrosa y la segunda banda fibrosa en al menos un lado de la superficie con una solución de aspersión o suspensión de aspersión, produciendo así al menos una banda fibrosa asperjada que tiene una superficie asperjada lado, (D) ensamblar la primera banda fibrosa con la segunda banda fibrosa, de las cuales al menos una de las dos es una banda fibrosa asperjada, formando así un compuesto de capa, (E) deshidratar el compuesto de la capa presionando, por lo que se forma un compuesto de capa parcialmente deshidratado, (F) deshidratar el compuesto de la capa parcialmente deshidratada suministrando calor, lo que crea el papel seco multicapa, en donde la solución de aspersión o suspensión de aspersión contiene (c-a) agua (c-b) al menos un polímero P soluble en agua, que puede obtenerse polimerizando 40 a 85% molar de un monómero de Fórmula I en donde R1 = H o alquilo C1 -C6, (ii) 15 a 60% molar de uno o más monómeros etilénicamente insaturados que son diferentes de un monómero de Fórmula I, en donde la cantidad total de todos los monómeros (i) y (ii) es 100% molar, y opcionalmente por hidrólisis parcial o completa posterior de las unidades de los monómeros de la fórmula (I) polimerizada en el polímero P para formar grupos amino primarios o grupos amidina, en donde la proporción de agua es al menos 75% en peso, basado en la solución de aspersión o la suspensión de aspersión.
