Abstract
Una composición de control de fraguado para sistemas cementosos que comprende (a) un condensado de amina-ácido glioxílico, y (b) al menos uno de (i) una fuente de borato y (ii) una fuente de carbonato. La fuente de carbonato se selecciona de carbonatos inorgánicos que tienen una solubilidad acuosa de 0.1 gl-1 o más, y carbonatos orgánicos. La composición de control de fraguado mejora la manejabilidad de los sistemas cementosos durante períodos prolongados sin afectar la resistencia a la compresión temprana. Debido a la acción de retardo de la composición de control de fraguado, se puede reducir la dosis de dispersantes necesaria para obtener una fluidez conveniente del sistema cementoso.
