Abstract

Un dispositivo para medir las propiedades del cabello tiene una primera parte y una segunda parte entre las cuales el cabello es guiado. La primera parte comprende una sonda de medición y la segunda parte está dispuesta para deformar el cabello contra la sonda de medición. Al tiempo que el dispositivo se mueve a lo largo del cabello, la sonda de medición experimenta tanto una fuerza de fricción que resulta de guiar el cabello a lo largo de la sonda de medición, y una fuerza de deformación que resulta de deformar el cabello por la segunda parte contra la sonda de medición. Ventajosamente, la segunda parte comprende un elemento de presión (PB, S) para planchar el cabello contra la sonda de medición, para comprimir el cabello. En modalidades alternativas, la segunda parte comprende elementos de alineación a lados opuestos de la sonda de medición para flexionar el cabello contra la sonda de medición, y elementos de orientación para mitigar una influencia de un ángulo en el que el dispositivo se aplica al cabello a la fuerza de fricción y/o la fuerza de deformación, mientras que la sonda de medición está montada a un módulo de celda de carga (LC-X, LC-Y) para la medición de una carga en dos dimensiones para medir la fuerza de fricción y la fuerza de deformación, respectivamente.
