Abstract
본 발명은 이차 전지의 스웰링에 따른 배터리 모듈의 변형 정도를 효과적이고 정확하게 예측할 수 있는 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈 변형 예측 장치는, 하나 이상의 이차 전지를 모듈 케이스 내에 구비하는 배터리 모듈에서, 상기 이차 전지의 스웰링에 의한 배터리 모듈의 변형을 예측하는 장치로서, 1개의 이차 전지에 대한 두께 변화량과 반력 사이의 관계를 도출하는 셀 평가 모듈, 상기 모듈 케이스에 인가되는 하중과 상기 모듈 케이스의 폭 변화량 사이의 관계를 도출하는 케이스 평가 모듈, 및 상기 셀 평가 모듈에 의해 도출된 전지의 두께 변화량과 반력 사이의 관계 및 상기 케이스 평가 모듈에 의해 도출된 모듈 케이스의 하중과 폭 변화량 사이의 관계를 이용하여, 배터리 모듈의 변형량을 예측하는 예측 모듈을 포함한다.
