Abstract
La invención se refiere a un polímero, polimerizado a partir de una mezcla de monómeros que comprende (a) de 70 a 95% en peso de metacrilato de 2-etilhexilo (EHMA) y metacrilato de etilo (EMA) o metacrilato de 2- etilhexilo (EHMA) y metacrilato de metilo (MMA), (b) de 2.5 a 25% en peso de uno o ésteres hidroxialquílicos de C2 a C6 de ácido acrílico o ácido metacrílico, (c) de 2.5 a 15% en peso de uno o más ésteres alquílicos de C2 a C8 de ácido acrílico o de ácido metacrílico con un grupo catiónico cuaternario en el grupo alquilo. También se describe el uso de un polímero para preparar una forma de dosis con un perfil de liberación sostenida y resistencia contra la influencia de etanol y la forma de dosificación por sí sola.
