Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir una dispersión de microcápsular que comprende microcápsulas que a su vez comprenden un núcleo de capsular hidrófilo y un polímero de pared de cápsula, en el que una emulsión de agua en aceite que comprende un diluyente hidrofóbo como base continua, y el material del núcleo capsular hidrófilo, una composición monomérica y un polímero anfifílico es producido y entonces los monómeros son polimerizados por radicales libres, en donde la composición monomérica comprende 30 a 100% en peso de uno o más monómeros seleccionados de entre esteres C1-C24-alquilicos de ácido acrílico y/o ácido metacrílico (monómeros I), 0 a 70% en peso de uno o más monómeros seleccionados de entre ácido acrílico, ácido metacrílico, ácido maleico, ésteres de ácido acrílico y/o ésteres de ácido metacrílico que portan grupos hidroxilo y/o carboxilo (monómeros II), 0 a 50% en peso de uno o más monómeros que tienen dos o más radicales etilénicamente insaturados, (monómeros III) y 0 a 30% en peso de otro u otros monómeros (monómeros IV), tomando en cada caso como referencia el peso total de los monómeros, y el polímero anfifílico es obtenible por polimerización por radicales libres de una composición monómerica que comprende por lo menos un monómero hidrófilo etilénicamente insaturado y por lo menos un monómero hidrófobo etilénicamente insaturado, a las microcápsulas que se obtienen de esa manera, y a su uso para la liberación retardada de ingredientes activos para la construcción, cosméticos, detergentes y limpiadores o aplicaciones para la protección de cosechas.
