Claims (9)
1. Korištenje polimerne disperzije kao agensa za kontrolu prašine, naznačeno time da se disperzija polimera može dobiti polimerizacijom emulzije komponenata od a do e, koju pokreću slobodni radikali, gdje su:
a. 2 do 75% po težin stirena i/ili zamijenjeni stiren, i
b. 0 do 75% po težini C1 do C12 esteri akrilne kiseline i/ili C1 do C12 esteri metakrilične kiseline, i
c. 0 do 50% po težini akrilonitrili i/ili metakrilonitrili, i
d. 0 do 50% po težini najmanje jedan daljnji kopolimerizirajući, etilenski nezasićeni monomer s jednom ili više ugljik-ugljik dvostrukih veza zajedno s
e. 10 do 75% po težini škrob i/ili modificirani škrob i/ili degradiranog škrob, i/ili degradirani, modificirani škrob
polimerizirani u vodi, gdje zbroj a+b+c+d+e iznosi 100% po težini i omjer po težini vode i zbroja dijelova težina a+b+c+d+e iznosi između 99 : 1 i 40 : 60,
monomeri iz grupe d s više od jedne dvostruke veze izabrane između metilena bisakrilamida, polialkilena glikola di(met)akrilata i trialimina.
2. Korištenje polimerne disperzije kao agensa za kontrolu prašine prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da se po mogućnosti stiren, po želji u kombinaciji s n-butil akrilatom i/ili tert-butil akrilatom i/ili akrilonitril/ili akrilnom kiselinom, koristi kao monomeri pod a do d.
3. Korištenje polimerne disperzije kao agensa za kontrolu prašine prema zahtjevima 1 i 2, naznačano time da se degradirani izvorni i/ili degradirani izmijenjeni škrob s molekularnom težinom od 1000 do 50.000 D koristi kao škrob.
4. Korištenje polimerne disperzije kao agensa za kontrolu prašine prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačeno time da poželjan udio škroba prema monomerima od a. do d. iznosi 20% do 500% težine.
5. Korištenje polimerne disperzije kao agensa za kontrolu prašine prema zahtjevima 1 do 4, naznačeno time da raspršivanje polimera sadrži barem 10% čvrstih čestica po težini, viskozitet ne veći od 1000 mPas i hP od 1 do 11 i poželjno od 2 do 9, i da je prosječna veličina čestica polimera manja od 1 μm.
6. Korištenje sukladno zahtjevu 1 kao agens za kontrolu prašine krutim česticama, umjereno do jako, naznačeno time da se emulzija polimera, u obliku vodene disperzije, ravnomjerno rasprši na površinu ili u supstrat kojeg je potrebno tretirati.
7. Korištenje sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da su supstrati koje je potrebno tretirati, bilo koja vrsta prašne krutine.
8. Korištenje sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da je prilikom primjene poželjna koncentracija vodene disperzije 0,5 do 3%.
9. Korištenje sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da se sredstvo za kontrolu prašine stavlja u količini od 0,2 do 3 L po m2 površine koje je potrebno tretirati.
