Abstract

Un método para producir un tubo de metal sin costura que incluye los pasos de: preparar una barra (2) que tiene un diámetro (B); calentar la barra (2); formar un orificio (7) en una parte central de un extremo posterior de la barra calentada (2), que incluye cuatro ranuras (8) que se extienden en una dirección axial de la barra (2), cada una de las ranuras que tiene un ancho de la ranura (D ) que satisface la fórmula (1), una altura de la ranura (H) que satisface la fórmula (2) y una profundidad de una ranura (L1) que satisface la fórmula (3) y someter la barra (2) proporcionada con el orificio (7) a perforación por laminación desde un extremo delantero de la misma, por medio de una máquina de perforación. De esta manera, se puede suprimir la generación de rebabas y de defectos internos en el extremo posterior de una carcasa hueca después de la perforación por laminación. 0.12 = D/B = 0.25 (1) 0.10 = H/B = 0.20 (2)0.05 = L1/B <0.10 (3).
