Abstract
【解決手段】加熱した丸ビレット10をピアサー1で穿孔して継目無鋼管製造用の母管11を得るに際して、予め、丸ビレット10の後端10bの中央部に横断面が正4角形の下穴(正4角形型下穴)20を形成しておく。

Claims (4)
- 継目無鋼管の製造工程において、素材の丸ビレットをピアサーで穿孔して継目無鋼管製造用の母管を得るに際して、予め、前記丸ビレットの後端中央部に横断面が凸多角形の下穴を形成しておくことを特徴とする継目無鋼管の穿孔方法。
- 前記下穴は、横断面が正多角形の下穴であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の継目無鋼管の穿孔方法。
- 請求項1に記載の継目無鋼管の穿孔方法において、横断面が凸多角形の下穴を形成するために用いるポンチであって、ポンチ本体の横断面が凸多角形であることを特徴とするポンチ。
- ポンチ本体の横断面が正多角形であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のポンチ。
