Abstract
La novedosa máquina de limpieza de rodillos anilox mediante láser consta de un cabezal multiláser (4) con dos o más módulos láser (5) que genera dos o más puntos focales (16) contiguos, cuya separación puede modificarse desplazando los módulos láser (5) a lo largo de una guía (6). También incorpora una rueda palpador (28) asociada a un encoder (21) operativamente conectado con el sistema electrónico de la máquina (22) y, en concreto, con el sistema de parada de emergencia (23). Otro aspecto novedoso de la invención hace referencia a un procedimiento y medios de autoajuste del punto focal láser (16) al diámetro del rodillo anilox, en el que se mide el desplazamiento de segundo soporte desplazable (20, que es proporcional a diámetro del rodillo anilox (2), recibiéndose dicha telemetría por el sistema electrónico de la máquina (22) que extrapola la distancia que ha de desplazarse el cabezal multiláser (4) para que el punto focal (16) se ubique en la superficie del anilox (2), maniobrando los servomotores (11) de los ejes micrométricos (10) para conducir el cabezal multiláser (4) a esa posición.
