Claims (6)
- 레이저 빔을 방출하는 레이저 빔 광원;상기 레이저 빔 광원에서 방출된 레이저 빔의 형상 및 에너지분포를 가공하는 광학계;상기 광학계에 의해 가공된 레이저 빔이 조사되며, 상기 조사된 레이저 빔에 의해 가공되는 가공대상물이 배치되는 스테이지; 및상기 광학계에 의해 가공된 레이저 빔이 통과하도록 상기 레이저 빔의 진행경로 상에 배치되며, 상기 가공대상물의 가공시 발생되는 부산물을 흡입하기 위한 석션 유닛;을 포함하며,상기 석션 유닛은,상기 레이저 빔이 통과되도록 관통 형성되는 관통공과, 상기 관통공과 연통되며 상기 부산물이 유동되는 배출공이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 관통공을 막도록 결합되는 빔 스플리터와, 상기 관통공과 연통되며 상기 배출공을 향하여 불활성기체를 분사하는 노즐부와, 상기 빔 스플리터를 향하여 불활성기체를 분사하는 분사부를 가지는 하우징과,상기 부산물이 배출공으로 흡입되도록 상기 부산물을 흡입하는 팬을 포함하며,상기 빔 스플리터에서 반사된 레이저 빔을 이용하여 상기 레이저 빔을 모니터링 하는 모니터링 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부산물의 유동 경로 상, 상기 배출공과 상기 팬 사이에 배치되며 상기 부산물을 걸러내는 필터;를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가공대상물과 상기 레이저 빔을 정렬시키는 정렬 유닛; 및상기 가공대상물에 대한 상기 레이저 빔의 초점을 정렬하는 포커싱 유닛;을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
