Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición extensora de cacao (CEC), dicha composición comprende - de 0.1 al 99.9% en peso de residuos de cacao (CR), - de 0.1 al 99.9% en peso de residuos de karité (SR); y - de 0 al 85% en peso de grasa vegetal añadida (AVF) - de 0 al 85% en peso de grasa no vegetal añadida (ANVF). Además, la invención se refiere a sus métodos de preparación, así como a sus usos en productos alimenticios.
