Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición a una composición sólida o semi-sólida que es un cubo de caldo, que comprende una grasa comestible y una sal inorgánica, caracterizada porque la composición comprende poros, y en donde los poros contienen un hidrocoloide; los poros constituyen de 1 a 70% del volumen de la composición, en donde por lo menos parte del hidrocoloide en los poros se une a la pared de los poros, y en donde el diámetro de la sección transversal interna de los poros oscila de 50 micrómetros a 5 milímetros, de preferencia de 100 micrómetros a 1 milímetros, de preferencia de 100 micrómetros a 500 micrómetros.
