Abstract
Se proporciona una junta de un terminal de cobre y un conductor de aluminio. Un elemento de conexión de terminal de cobre de la junta se conecta a un núcleo conductor del conductor de aluminio por medio de una capa de soldadura autógena de transición y la junta también estar provista de una capa de soldadura autógena de refuerzo. Además, se proporciona un método para la preparación de la junta usando soldadura autógena por arco de plasma. De acuerdo con la invención, la parte de conexión del terminal de cobre con el conductor de aluminio se rellena con suelda de una manera de soldadura autógena por arco de plasma, de tal manera que el cobre y el aluminio se conectan por medio de la suelda. El daño a una capa de óxido de aluminio durante la soldadura autógena aumenta la conductividad y también puede aislar el terminal de cobre y el conductor de aluminio, previniendo, por tanto, una reacción electroquímica entre el cobre y el aluminio, lo que prolonga la vida útil de la junta del terminal de cobre y el conductor de aluminio y lo que garantiza el rendimiento mecánico y eléctrico de la estructura de conexión.
