Abstract
一种抗弯穿墙套管，由内向外包括导体和绝缘层，所述绝缘层外包裹有伞裙，所述导体的两端伸出于绝缘层之外，所述绝缘层的两端装有均压罩，中部装有法兰，所述绝缘层的材料为高压电瓷。由于绝缘材料采用了高强电瓷，既保证了产品的绝缘性能，又具有足够的抗弯强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气设备，尤其是一种户外高压穿墙套管。
背景技术
高压穿墙套管用于电站和变电所的配电装置及高压电器，供导线穿过接地隔板、墙壁或电气设备外壳，支持导电部分使之对地或外壳绝缘。在现有技术中，穿墙套管绝缘层的材料一般都是采用聚四氟乙烯，这种材料的绝缘、抗腐蚀等性能都非常优良，但是抗弯性能较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗弯性能和绝缘性能均较强的穿墙套管。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种抗弯穿墙套管，由内向外包括导体和绝缘层，所述绝缘层外包裹有伞裙，所述导体的两端伸出于绝缘层之外，所述绝缘层的两端装有均压罩，中部装有法兰，所述绝缘层的材料为高压电瓷。
由于绝缘材料采用了高强电瓷，既保证了产品的绝缘性能，又具有足够的抗弯强度。

如图1所示的一种抗弯穿墙套管，由内向外包括导体1和绝缘层2，所述绝缘层2外包裹有伞裙3，所述导体1的两端伸出于绝缘层之外，所述绝缘层3的两端装有均压罩4，中部装有法兰5，其特征在于：所述绝缘层3的材料为高压电瓷。
