Abstract
En la soldadura de ranura de bisel simple o de ranura de bisel doble, un cordón de soldadura inicial (21) se forma entre una primera placa de acero (11) y una segunda placa de acero (12) utilizando una corriente de soldadura inicial del cordón de soldadura de 130 a 300 A, mientras se lleva a una acción de oscilación de manera repetida moviendo un soplete de soldadura (31) hacia adelante en una dirección de avance de la soldadura hasta un extremo de oscilación (P2) de una segunda placa de acero y, posteriormente, moviendo el soplete de soldadura (31) hacia atrás con respecto a la dirección de avance de la soldadura desde dicho extremo de oscilación (P2) hasta un extremo de oscilación (P1) de una primera placa de acero (11), después de lo cual la soldadura de una sola capa se realiza desde el lado frontal, y además la soldadura de una sola capa o de múltiples capas se realiza en el reverso utilizando una corriente de soldadura en el reverso de 280 a 450 A. De esta manera, la presente invención proporciona un procedimiento de soldadura de penetración completa sin resanado y una unión soldada con la que se eliminan los defectos de soldadura, incluso en los casos en los que existe una abertura amplia, la precisión de montaje es deficiente, o la abertura de raíz no es uniforme, el cual se puede aplicar a soldadura semiautomática y soldadura automática de ranuras de bisel simple y ranuras de bisel doble.
