Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para procesar bandas de película (1, 1'), en particular bandas de película de IMD, que comprende un dispositivo de alimentación (20) con una dirección de alimentación y un molde de inyección (4) que tiene al menos dos cavidades (5), en el que el método comprende los siguientes pasos: proporcionar al menos dos bandas de película (1, 1') que estén dispuestas una al lado de la otra en una dirección sustancialmente perpendicular a la dirección de alimentación y tengan motivos (6), suministrando al menos dos bandas de película (1, 1') que están dispuestos uno junto al otro en el molde de inyección (4) y alineando las al menos dos bandas de película (1, 1') que están dispuestas uno junto al otro de tal manera que cada motivo (6)) se arregla el registro exacto con respeto a una cavidad respectiva (5). Además, la invención se refiere a un dispositivo de alimentación (20) con una dirección de alimentación para alimentar al menos dos bandas de película (1, 1') que están dispuestas una al lado de la otra en una dirección sustancialmente perpendicular a la dirección de alimentación y tienen motivos (6).), que comprende al menos dos carretes de retiro de película (2, 2') y al menos dos carretes de recolección de película (3, 3'), en el que un carrete de retiro de película (2, 2') y una película toman el rollo de arriba (3, 3') se asigna a cada banda de película (1, 1'). Además, la invención se refiere a un molde de inyección (4) para el moldeo por inyección inversa de al menos dos bandas de película (1, 1') que tienen motivos (5), en donde, en la vista superior, las bandas de película (1, 1') están dispuestas uno junto al otro en una dirección sustancialmente perpendicular a una dirección de alimentación de las bandas de película (1, 1'), en donde el molde de inyección 14) tiene al menos dos cavidades (5), y un sistema (10) que comprende un dispositivo de alimentación (20) y desde arriba un molde de inyección (4).
