Abstract

La presente invención trata de un aparato para el corte por láser o plasma de piezas P de material laminar enrollado en espiral, que comprende: - una estación de corte 10, provista de por lo menos un cabezal de corte 11 movible dentro de un área de corte operativa 12, ubicada por arriba de una cavidad de recepción 13 para la viruta de corte T; - medios 21, 22 para colocar una porción del material laminar en el área operativa en un plano de corte m ubicado por arriba de la cavidad de recepción 13, en donde estos medios de colocación tienen la intención de conservar la porción bloqueada en el plano de corte durante las operaciones de corte, suspendida en el aire y longitudinalmente distendida por arriba de la cavidad; y - una unidad de control electrónico 200. El aparato comprende por lo menos un dispositivo movible 100 para la recolección selectiva de las piezas maquinadas P. El dispositivo movible 100 define una superficie de recolección continua 101 y es movible por debajo del plano de corte y en paralelo a ello entre una posición activa, en donde se coloca dentro del área de corte operativa que cierra la cavidad entre el plano de corte y la parte inferior de la cavidad, y una posición pasiva, en donde se coloca fuera del área de corte operativa fuera de la cavidad. La unidad de control electrónico se programa para controlar el movimiento del dispositivo de recolección movible 100 entre las dos posiciones en coordinación con la ejecución de las operaciones de corte, en un modo tal que el dispositivo movible se encuentra en la posición pasiva cuando el cabezal de corte realiza operaciones de corte que generan la viruta T, lo que deja a la viruta libre para caer por gravedad dentro de la cavidad 13, y en cambio se encuentra en la posición activa cuando el cabezal de corte realiza operaciones de corte que conducen al desprendimiento completo de las piezas P del esqueleto S, de tal modo que estas piezas P se recolectan por el dispositivo movible por separado de la viruta T y del esqueleto, que se retiene por los medios de colocación en el plano de corte m por arriba del dispositivo movible 100.
