Abstract
Se describe en el presente documento un acetato de celulosa que tiene una excelente estabilidad térmica bajo condiciones en húmedo y que es capaz de reducir la aparición de ruptura de la punta en un proceso de hilado. Un acetato de celulosa que satisface la siguiente fórmula (1): [Mg/H2SO4] > 0, [Ca/H2SO4] > 0, y 2.70 - [Mg/H2SO4])/1.62 = [Ca/H2SO4] = (37.7 - [Mg/H2SO4])/10.3 (1), en donde la fórmula (1) representa una relación entre una proporción de equivalente químico del contenido de calcio al contenido de ácido sulfúrico residual [Ca/H2SO4] y una proporción de equivalente químico del contenido de magnesio al contenido de ácido sulfúrico residual [Mg/H2SO4].
