Abstract

La invención se refiere a una instalación de tratamiento térmico, especialmente a un horno con solera de rodillos. La instalación de tratamiento térmico presenta un espacio útil con una primera zona con un ancho B1 y una segunda zona con un ancho B2, estando dispuestos en la primera zona los rodillos y siendo el ancho B2 mayor que el ancho B1. Por ancho se entiende aquí y en lo sucesivo la dimensión transversal con respecto a la dirección de paso por el horno. El ancho B1 está dimensionado de tal forma que los rodillos presentan una longitud con la que, incluso a una temperatura existente en el horno para el tratamiento térmico de componentes metálicos, sigan presentando tal estabilidad mecánica que por ejemplo su flexión permanezca dentro de tolerancias tolerables incluso en estado solicitado. Por encima de la primera zona del espacio útil se extiende la segunda zona del espacio útil con un mayor ancho B2, de manera que se pueden someter al tratamiento térmico también componentes con un ancho B2 máximo superior a B1.
