Abstract
El método se relaciona en particular con la reparación de un revestimiento refractario de un tanque metalúrgico (10) en el estado caliente. La reparación se lleva a cabo aquí por medio de un aparato de aplicación (15). Además, por medio de un dispositivo (20) se registran por lo menos las regiones desgastadas y se monitorean las reparaciones llevadas a cabo. Así, aquí se registran, antes, durante y/o después de la aplicación, por lo menos una región parcial de las áreas (13) del revestimiento refractario (12) del tanque (10) a ser reparado o del chorro de rociado (18), con la visualización de los intervalos de temperatura (26, 27, 28) y esto resulta en una evaluación con respecto a diversos parámetros, tales como propiedades, espesores de capa y/o distribución del material aplicado. Se ha mostrado que a través de esta visualización de los intervalos de temperatura de las áreas a ser reparadas y del material refractario durante la aplicación, se pueden establecer con gran precisión varios parámetros y, como resultado se puede lograr un recubrimiento óptimo del revestimiento.
