Claims (11)
- 特に高温状態において冶金容器(10)の耐火性内張りを修理するための方法であって、この修理は、供給装置(15)を用いて行われ、少なくとも摩滅した領域の記録、及び前記修理の監視は、デバイス(20)を用いて行われる、方法において、
修理されるべき前記容器(10)の前記耐火性内張り(12)のエリア(13)の少なくとも部分的領域への供給前、供給中及び/又は供給後のそれぞれにおいて、吹き付け噴出物(18)が、温度範囲(26,27,28)の可視化を伴った写真として記録され、且つこのことは、供給される材料の特性、層厚及び/又は分布のような異なるパラメータに関する評価に帰着すること特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記デバイス(20)は、少なくとも1つの画像ユニット、好ましくは熱画像カメラ(21)を備え、該画像ユニットを用いて、多数の写真画像(25)が、供給前、供給中及び/又は供給後に、前記容器(10)の外側から、前記温度範囲(26,27,28)の可視化を伴って、作り出されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、
前記デバイス(20)は、この容器(10)から、且つ前記供給装置(15)の側面に対して、十分に遠く離れて位置決めされ、その結果として、前記熱画像カメラ(21)は、円錐花托体(22)を形成し、これによって、前記容器(10)のほぼ開口部(10’’)に関する、修理されるべき前記エリア(13)のこの部分的領域を記録し、且つ、加えて、前記吹き付け噴出物(18)が作用する表面(18’)に関する前記吹き付け噴出物(18)を記録することを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記画像ユニットの前記画像(25)は、蓄積されると共に、ソフトウェアプログラムを用いた計算及び、該計算から生じる分析によって評価されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記画像ユニットの前記画像(25)は、耐火性材料の供給中に実時間で撮られ、且つ前記供給装置(15)に関する供給のためのパラメータは、蓄積された画像の目標仕様とここで比較され、且つ前記供給装置(15)は、供給中に直ちに作動される、且つ/又は予めプログラムされた制御が適合されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
供給装置(15)として、少なくとも1つの吹き付けランス(16)を有する射出装置(17)が提供され、該吹き付けランス(16)によって、前記耐火性材料は、生成可能な吹き付け噴出物(18)によって供給され、時には、送り出し圧力、充填、前記噴出物の吹き付け角度、前記吹き付けランスと前記容器の内側との間の距離、及び/又は前記吹き付けランスのノズル出口の幾何形状などの、前記射出装置(17)の異なるパラメータは、前記画像ユニットの前記画像に基づいて、直接的又は間接的に識別され得る、又は決定され得ることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
供給前及び供給後の前記耐火性内張り(12)の壁厚さは、前記画像(25)及び決定された温度範囲(26,27,28)から計算され得ることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を履行するためのデバイスであって、
該デバイスは、少なくとも1つの画像ユニット、好ましくは熱画像カメラ(21)を備え、該画像ユニットを用いて、温度範囲の可視化を伴った画像が作り出されることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスであって、
前記熱画像カメラ(21)は、赤外線放射に基づくものであり、且つ、前記熱画像カメラ(21)を用いることで、温度範囲は、異なる色によって可視化されることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 請求項8又は9に記載のデバイスであって、
ほぼ周囲温度と少なくとも1500℃との間の温度範囲は、前記熱画像カメラ(21)によって記録され得ることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスであって、
少なくとも1つの画像ユニット、好ましくは熱画像カメラ(21)は、容器(10)の中に、好ましくは射出ヘッド(17)に配置されることを特徴とする、デバイス。
