Abstract

Способ относится, в частности, к ремонту огнеупорной футеровки металлургического контейнера (10) в горячем состоянии. Этот ремонт производится с помощью подающего устройства (15). Кроме того, с помощью устройства (20) осуществляются запись, по меньшей мере, изношенных участков и мониторинг ремонта. До, во время и/или после подачи фотографически записываются по меньшей мере часть области огнеупорной футеровки (12) контейнера (10) с подлежащим ремонту участком (13) или распылительная струя (18) с визуализацией температурных областей (26, 27, 28), и это позволяет осуществить оценку в отношении различных параметров, таких как свойства, толщина слоя и/или распределение подаваемого материала. Было показано, что с помощью такой визуализации температурных областей подлежащих ремонту участков и огнеупорного материала во время подачи могут быть очень точно установлены различные параметры, и в результате может быть достигнуто оптимальное покрытие футеровки стены.
