Abstract
تشتمل طريقة لإنتاج مادة مسحوقة معدنية metallic powder material على الإمداد بمواد التغذية إلى مجمرة صهر melting hearth، وصهر مواد التغذية على مجمرة الصهر بمصدر حرارة أول لتوفير مادة مصهورة لها تركيبة كيميائية مفضلة. يتم إمرار جزء على الأقل من المادة المصهورة من مجمرة الصهر إما بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر إلى مجمرة ترذيذ atomizing hearth، حيث يتم تسخينه باستخدام مصدر حرارة ثانٍ. يتم إمرار جزء على الأقل من المادة المصهورة من مجمرة الترذيذ في حالة مصهورة إلى جهاز ترذيذ، والذي يشكل رش قطرات من المادة المصهورة. يتم تصليد جزء على الأقل من رش القطرات لتوفير مادة مسحوقة معدنية. شكل 1.
