Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones útiles para la manufactura de cubiertas de aislamiento de cable que comprenden, en porcentaje en peso con base en el peso de la composición: (A) 85 hasta 99 de polietileno de baja densidad (LDPE) que tiene una cristalinidad mayor de 40%; (B) 1 a menos de 14% de polímero de propileno que tiene un punto de fusión mayor que o igual a (=) 130°C; y (C) = 0.5% de peróxido.
