Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para formar una hoja de vidrio que comprende los pasos de (i) calentar la hoja de vidrio a una temperatura adecuada para la formación; (ii) depositar la hoja de vidrio sobre una primera herramienta de doblez para soportar la hoja de vidrio sobre ella, estando la hoja de vidrio en una primera posición con relación a la primera herramienta de doblez; (iii) poner en contacto una porción de borde de la hoja de vidrio de modo que la hoja de vidrio se desplace a una segunda posición con relación a la primera herramienta de doblez; y (iv) formar la hoja de vidrio sobre la primera herramienta de doblez. Son descritos dispositivos de colocación para desplazar una hoja de vidrio caliente durante el método de la invención. También se describe una línea de formación de vidrio para llevar a cabo el método.
