Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una máquina trenzadora (1) para alambres que en una primera modalidad tiene dos poleas de enlazamiento (3, 4) teniendo unas pistas de enlazamiento (51,..., 55; 61, ..., 64) dispuestas en su circunferencia, el cordón pudiendo conducirse de manera tal que recorre la primeras y segundas pistas de enlazamiento (51,..., 55; 61,..., 64) de preferencia en forma alternante en enlazamientos preferentemente en forma de 8 o en forma de 0. La máquina trenzadora (1) tiene en una segunda modalidad un dispositivo de bobinar (8) para bobinar el cordón (2) en un carrete teniendo una unidad de tendido (15) desplazable a lo largo de un eje de desplazamiento paralelo al eje del carrete, y teniendo una pluralidad de poleas de desviación (9) a (13) alojadas en forma rotativa, que permiten conducir el cordón de manera tal que suba a cada polea de desviación (9 a 13) y/o baja de esta esencialmente en el plano de rotación de la polea de desviación. El cordón (2) producido de esta manera tiene poca torcedura y pocas tensiones de torsión, lo que facilita su procesamiento posterior, en particular el bobinar, confeccionar, crimpar y extrudir un aislamiento de plástico alrededor del cordón, e incrementa el número de los ciclos de flexiones alternantes posibles.
