Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a inyecciones de paracetamol intravenosas de volumen bajo o su sal farmacéuticamente aceptable y método de preparación de las mismas. Las formulaciones proporcionan altas concentraciones de paracetamol o su sal farmacéuticamente aceptable en un sistema disolvente de la presente invención que se puede administrar no sólo a través de ruta intramuscular y de infusión intravenosa, sino también adecuada para administración de bolo IV lento después de la dilución con fluidos acuosos a un volumen final de no más 20 ml. Estas formulaciones inyectables permanecen estables y también son adecuadas para administración a través de ruta intravenosa lenta con mínimos efectos colaterales (tal como flebitis, dolor, etcétera).
