Abstract
[Propósito] Entre las pinturas de acabado final bicomponentes para el sector de los recubrimientos de automóviles, donde la pintura de la resina base se hace circular desde un tanque principal con una bomba corriente arriba de la pistola de recubrimiento, y se efectúan el mezclado y el recubrimiento utilizando un agente de curado suministrado desde un tanque sellado con nitrógeno y un dispositivo de mezclado bicomponente, para proporcionar una composición de pintura con la cual no se producen los problemas tales como el espesamiento y la gelificación de la pintura de resina base en circulación, es posible el recubrimiento con una viscosidad de recubrimiento constante estabilizada, y con el cual la película de pintura después del secado al horno exhibe excelentes resistencia al rayado, resistencia a las manchas, resistencia al ácido y resistencia a la gasolina, y un método de formación de recubrimiento multicapa que lo utiliza. [Solución] La presente invención proporciona una composición de pintura bicomponente la cual se aplica directamente después del mezclado de una resina base y un agente de curado, donde la resina base (A) contiene una resina acrílica que contiene grupos hidroxi (A-1) y un catalizador de curado (A-2) como componentes esenciales, el agente de curado (B) contiene un compuesto de isocianato (B-1) y un copolímero que contiene grupos alcoxisililo (B-2) como componentes esenciales, la resina acrílica que contiene grupos hidroxi antes mencionada (A-1) tiene un valor de hidroxilo de 80 a 180 mg de KOH/g, una temperatura de transición vítrea de -40 a 40°C, y un peso molecular medio en peso de 2.000 a 20.000 g/mol, el copolímero que contiene grupos alcoxisililo antes mencionado (B-2) es un copolímero obtenido mediante la copolimerización de 30 a 80 partes en peso de un monómero vinílico que contiene grupos alcoxi-sililo y de 20 a 70 partes en peso de otros monómeros copolimerizables, su peso molecular medio en peso es de 2.000 a 20.000 g/mol, y no contiene grupos hidroxi, grupos carboxilo o grupos amino los cuales reaccionan con grupos isocianato.
