Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para controlar la disposición de una bomba después de la obstrucción de la bomba, la disposición de la bomba que comprende una bomba y una unidad de control, la bomba comprende un motor, y la unidad de control se dispone para impulsar tal motor, el motor durante la operación se asocia con un parámetro operacional del cual puede derivarse el esfuerzo de torsión del motor, tal parámetro operacional tiene un valor normal PN durante la operación normal del motor en una primera dirección. El método se caracteriza por los pasos de impulsar el motor en una primera dirección por medio de la unidad de control, detener el motor, si un valor P del parámetro operacional excede un límite de obstrucción predeterminado PI, en donde PI = 1.05*PN, impulsar el motor en una primera dirección opuesta a la segunda dirección un tiempo de descarga predeterminado TR por medio de la unidad de control, y detener el motor, si el valor absoluto del valor real P del parámetro operacional durante el tiempo de descarga TR excede el valor absoluto de un primer límite de liberación PL1, en donde IPL1I = 1.1*PI, de lo contrario, detener el motor después de tal tiempo de descarga TR y volver a la operación normal.
