Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método para controle de uma disposição de bomba sobre entupimento de uma bomba, a disposição de bomba compreendendo bomba (2) e uma unidade de controle (6), a bomba (2) compreendendo um motor (7), e a unidade de controle (6) sendo disposta para tracionar referido motor (7), o motor (7) durante operação sendo associado com um parâmetro operacional a partir do qual o torque do motor (7) pode ser derivado, referido parâmetro operacional possui um valor normal pn durante operação normal do motor (7) em uma primeira direção. em concordância com a presente invenção, o método é caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as etapas de tração do motor (7) em uma primeira direção por intermédio da unidade de controle (6); parada do motor (7) se um valor real p do parâmetro operacional excede um limite de entupimento pré-determinado pi, onde pi = 1,05 * pn; tração do motor (7) na primeira direção oposta para a segunda direção por um tempo de descarga pré-determinado tr por intermédio da unidade de controle (6); e parada do motor (7) se o valor absoluto do valor real p do parâmetro operacional durante o tempo de descarga tr excede o valor absoluto de um primeiro limite de destravamento pl1, onde | pl1 | = 1,1 * pi, de outra maneira parada do motor (7) depois de referido tempo de descarga tr e retorno para operação normal.
