Abstract

Un método de conformación en prensa incluye un primer proceso de obtención de una fuerza de presión aplicada a cada porción de una herramienta por un material de la pieza de trabajo durante la conformación en prensa, mientras se impulsa independientemente cada porción respectiva de la herramienta dividida en múltiples porciones y la conformación en prensa del material de la pieza de trabajo, y un segundo proceso de ajuste de al menos una de una fuerza de accionamiento aplicada, una velocidad de accionamiento aplicada, y una temporización de accionamiento aplicado para cada porción de la herramienta para hacer que una porción de procesamiento del material de la pieza de trabajo en el que se detecta el estado que se acerca a un estado de sobrecarga basado en la fuerza de presión para fluir hacia otras porciones del procesamiento del material de la pieza de trabajo.
