Abstract
Un sistema de calentamiento por inducción incluye un ensamble de cabeza de calentamiento por inducción configurado para moverse con relación a una pieza de trabajo. El sistema de calentamiento por inducción también puede incluir un ensamble sensor de temperatura configurado para detectar una temperatura de la pieza de trabajo y/o un ensamble sensor de recorrido configurado para detectar una posición, movimiento o dirección de movimiento del ensamble de cabeza de calentamiento por inducción con relación a la pieza de trabajo, y para transmitir señales de retroalimentación a un controlador configurado para ajustar la energía proporcionada al ensamble de cabeza de calentamiento por inducción por una fuente de energía con base al menos en parte en las señales de retroalimentación. En ciertas modalidades, el sistema de calentamiento por inducción también puede incluir una caja de conexiones configurada para recibir las señales de retroalimentación, para llevar a cabo ciertas conversiones de las señales de retroalimentación y para proporcionar las señales de retroalimentación a la fuente de energía. Además, en ciertas modalidades, el sistema de calentamiento por inducción puede incluir un ensamble de soporte de inductor configurado para mantener el ensamble de cabeza de calentamiento por inducción contra la pieza de trabajo.
