Abstract
En fremgangsmåte og en anordning for i en høyfrekvenssveising (HFW = high-frequency welding) eller elektrisk motstandssveising (ERW = electrical resistance welding) linje å utføre in-line sømvarmebehandling av en etablert sveiset sammenføyning på et rør dannet av valseformet platemateriale, idet den sveisede sammenføyning oppvarmes induktivt fra utsiden av røret nedstrøms. Fremgangsmåten muliggjør selektiv oppvarming av den sveisede sammenføyning ved minst én oppvarmingssone, idet slik oppvarming fra innsiden, når den er virksom, utføres samtidig og i tillegg til den utvendige oppvarming. Anordningen omfatter i tillegg til utvendig oppvarmingsmiddel også induksjonsoppvarmingsmiddel plassert inne i røret for selektiv operasjon til å oppvarme den sveisede sammenføyning fra innsiden av røret ved minst én oppvarmingssone, idet nevnte operasjon når den velges er i tillegg og samtidig til operasjon av det utvendige oppvarmingsmiddel.
