Abstract
Se proporciona un perno de alta resistencia que tiene una resistencia a tracción de 1,000 a 1,400 MPa y presenta el mismo nivel de resistencia a fractura retrasada que aquel del acero de aleación estándar incluso al omitir o reducir Mo y Cr del acero de SCM y el acero de SCr, un alambre de acero para pernos utilizados para fabricar dicho perno de alta resistencia y métodos útiles para fabricar los mismos. El alambre de acero para pernos en la presente invención satisface la composición química predeterminada. Cuando una tasa de un contenido de B en una D0/4 parte en el alambre de acero para pernos es de 100%, donde D0 es un diámetro del alambre de acero para pernos, una fracción de un contenido de B en una superficie del alambre de acero para pernos es de 75% o menos en promedio, y una diferencia entre un valor máximo y un valor mínimo de la fracción es de 25% o menos. Un número de tamaño de grano de cristal austenita anterior en una región desde la superficie a una profundidad de 100 µm del alambre de acero para pernos es No. 8 o más.
